The Kitchen at Ten Barn Farm has been a dream since we purchased the property in 2011. It lives inside a portion of our largest mid-19th-century barn, framed by hand-hewn beams and soaring rafters. Less than 200 yards from the fields that supply the menu, it’s hard to imagine food traveling a shorter distance to your plate.
Enter through the barn, dine on the outdoor deck overlooking the fields and hills, or creekside beneath the sweeping branches of a black willow. Bring the family — visit the goats and chickens, wander the barns, and make an afternoon of it.
