Join us for a morning of awakening and ease at Ten Barn Farm. We’ll begin with a 90-minute guided practice, starting with a Bhakti flow yoga session to gently open the body and heart, followed by a cleansing breathwork journey designed to release and reset.
From there, you’ll have time to rest, reflect, and simply be on the farm while enjoying a nourishing farm-to-table brunch featuring our free-range eggs and the seasonal bounty.
